I'm now on my old phone with my real Twitter account and profile. The profile on the newer phone is completely different. Any ideas what to do?

Twitter is working on my computer as well, so I suspect it never signs out on my old phone or computer, but somehow does on my newer phone (which I have had for six months). That doesn't explain how it changed the profile and numbers of followed/followers, though.
