On Monday morning I will be on Kaye Adams BBC Radio Scotland approx 1040 - 1100 discussing the issues raised in this article by Rebecca McQuillan - and by the truly hellish headlines relating to incessant misogynistic abuse, globally. heraldscotland.com/opinion/245634…

Today’s run was in memory of Olympic runner Rebecca Cheptegei who was murdered by her husband when he doused her in petrol and set her on fire. Rest in peace Rebecca. Running Punks Dr Ashley Morgan

This is utterly disgraceful. Language in court matters, and calling rape a "sex scene" downplays the severity of the crime. It undermines survivors’ trauma and perpetuates a culture that minimises sexual violence. Justice requires honesty, not euphemisms.

It's been two weeks since The Observer published my story about how the sexsomnia defence derailed my rape case. The response has been overwhelming, and I hope it continues to shed light on the urgent need for justice reform. Survivors deserve better - our voices matter.

This is a form of silencing. To tell women not to 'make it about themselves' when we express horror or outrage about the French multi-rape trial. We're outraged because we see from the photos that it can literally come from any man, which potentially puts all women at risk.

Let's talk about PERIODS openly and keep the conversation going. I stained my school uniform and I was subjected to PERIOD stigma. What has ever happened to you during MENSTRUATION?

An amazing race from @EilishMcColgan in today’s elite women’s field, finishing in 01:07:45 and beating her mum, Liz McColgan’s previous time on the course. It’s great to see you back on road and in the North East, Eilish!🤩🙌

The accused rapists included a forklift driver, a fire brigade officer, a company boss and a journalist, aged between 26-74. Some were single, married or divorced with children. Most participated just once, but some took part up to SIX TIMES. Not all men but it’s always men.

YES LLOYD!!! Today, Lloyd Martin became the youngest person with Down’s Syndrome* to run a half marathon. It was at the Great North Run and is currently being verified. Lloyd is proving a lot of people wrong by doing what he loves and going for a run. Congrats, Lloyd!! 👏
