AIIMS पटना के पीजी मेडिकल स्टूडेंट डॉ यादवेंद्र साहू ने विषाक्त वातावरण के कारण आत्महत्या कर ली। AIIMS का नियम 48 घंटे साप्ताहिक ड्यूटी का है। लेकिन लगातार 36 घंटे काम कराकर सप्ताह में 100 से ज्यादा घंटे काम लिया जाता है। नियम विरुद्ध काम कराने वाले अधिकारियों को फांसी की सजा हो।

National Medical Commission ने अकर्मण्यता, संवेदनहीनता और मनमानी की हदें पार कर दी हैं। PwD Act 2016 में दिव्यांगजन स्टूडेंट्स के लिए विशेष व्यवस्था का प्रावधान है। RTI में सूचना मांगी कि विकलांगता की विभिन्न श्रेणियों के अनुसार मेडिकल स्टूडेंट्स के लिए क्या किया। NMC का जवाब- हमें नहीं मालूम।
