24/M: FSGS- steroid resistant: CR with Tac + pred 0.5mg/kg- relapsed twice on tapering pred below 10-15 mg/ day over 1 yr. Continue pred at 15-20 mg for longer durations ( no overt toxicity yet) or consider alternative? Ritux? #askrenal
