Tech allows those in our industry to connect globally even more intricately than ever before. Surgeons in Afghanistan are now leveraging an innovative and bi-lateral approach through Zoom & smart glasses to bring expert knowledge directly to the operating room on both sides. 🌍💻

Kenya – no bridge too far. Working with Afghan-American Community Organization (AACO) & NeuroKids, my team is sending operative cameras to Kenya to train Afghan surgeons, bridging gaps & bringing vital knowledge back to their patients. Excited to make healthcare more accessible globally! 💪🌍

In 2018, Bonnie suffered a major stroke. Thanks to rapid action & a catheter-based intervention by our Brigham team, she made a full recovery. Now she’s back to what matters: traveling, making memories, & enjoying life with her grandson.
