Welp, this is now forever linked to gonogo in my head, thanks Olu Ajilore, MD, PhD - @pshrink.bsky.social

Got to do grand rounds at UIC. Was heartwarming to get such an enthusiastic welcome from the department, to have some of my labmates, mentors and students (and husband!) make the trek to see it, and to get an incredibly kind introduction from Olu Ajilore, MD, PhD - @pshrink.bsky.social. Happy to be in the UIC fam!

Augmenting TMS response in MDD: We know DLPFC-TMS works, and for non-responders that OFC-TMS adds some 20+% remissions, so what if we combine these two protocols? Large sample shows no advantage. Maybe it is about specificity of TMS? Congrats Amourie Prentice and Nikita van der Vinne

Congratulations Michelle R. Madore, Ph.D. - a leader in #TMS and richly deserving of this recognition for her hard work.

New finding: 5-day accelerated TMS (no MRI) with major PTSD symptom relief in n>100 Veteransā77% response, 62% remission. Fast, scalable, and effective with scalp-based targeting. A big step for accessible precision PTSD care. #TMS #PTSD VA Research š sciencedirect.com/science/articlā¦
