Dawson Thies=Effort and Hustle. Thies defined? Semifinals v Auburn. After a miss by the Bulldogs, the ball careened off the rim and headed out of bounds. Thies laid out, full body dive, like Dennis Rodman, and went Superman. No care for his own well being. That is Dawson

Drake Zimmerman=work ethic. Never mind a full day of school, football or basketball practice and weight lifting, Drake wasn't done. He'd go work with a speed coach several times a week to get faster. And it paid off with incredible seasons in both sports. The kid never sleeps

Dane Jacobsen=humility. Dane personified? A speech he gave at the football banquet in November. He thanked everyone and gave credit to everyone...everyone but himself. Coaches, parents, friends, custodial staff- he paid them all a tribute and never said a work about himself

To Coach Mohs and that dynamic coaching staff- what a run. 79 wins the last 3 years; 2 State Titles and a gutsy finish to this season, when they ascended from 16th in power points in January to 2nd and won 14 straight at one point. Man alive- what a coaching job.

Got as many senior boys as we could! Missed a couple more that had already left.
