Curious case of Vitamin D: Sunlight provides 97% of Vitamin D via skin absorption. Any covering to skin will prevent Vit D absorption. An Adult requires 800 iu Vit D per day and a child requires 400 iu per day. In places where direct sunlight exposure to skin is not possible e.g.
