The penultimate Lees visit, and 1159 (Edmonton) Sqn as Middlesex Wing RAFAC reps. This sqn scored super high on the Bader achievement stats and it’s obvious why when we were briefed. If you don’t pay NHS doctors what they’re worth for doing a high risk, highly complex, life-saving job - or restore their pay to what it was worth in 2008 - many will switch careers or move to countries that pay better. No amount of physician associates can make up for that loss.
