Handed-over ten panel vans, five are converted for wheelchairs for persons with disabilities, of which one is allocated to Strong Women's NGO, established by mothers of children with disabilities. The other five are allocated to Drop-in Centres to protect vulnerable children.

This just reminds me of how JZ, then ANC President, used to express his wish in the NEC to be a dictator, much to the disquiet of many NEC members. This wish was also made after a presentation was made to the NEC on the legal complexities for the dissolution of the Scorpions.
