Being kind boosts mental health more than seeking joy. Evidence: Doing 3 random acts of kindness a week is enough to reduce depression, anxiety & loneliness. It's more beneficial than doing nice things for yourself. Self-care feels good, but generosity builds lasting bonds.

This was always the plan: the so-called "voluntary" relocation of millions, aka ethnic cleansing. The rest is a smokescreen. The consequences, both immediate and lasting, will be profound. That so many good ppl fail to see this moral catastrophe only deepens the sorrow.

This is the plan 👇 Eyal Zamir, COS to Cabinet: "your plan to conquer Gaza will lead to ‘military government.’ National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir: “Instead of a military government, encourage voluntary emigration.”

The Parenthood Paradox. This weekend was a quiet milestone. We set our kids off to college. The house feels a little emptier, the silence unfamiliar. It’s a sadness that sneaks in, not because anything is wrong, but because a chapter has closed. At the same time, it’s hard

Insulin inhibits endothelial lipase (EL) and this action is impaired in insulin resistance. ANGPTL3/8 also suppresses EL, so blocking ANGPTL3 should unleash EL. But here’s the paradox: EL loss-of-function mutations are atheroprotective. Biology is rarely linear.
