Launch of the UNESCO AI Competency Framework for Students earlier today. It takes a human centered approach and progresses from understanding, to applying, to creating for each competency. I look forward to reading the full framework when it’s online at the QR code from 1st slide

The UNESCO AI Competencies for Teachers Framework will be available here soon: unesdoc.unesco.org/ark:/48223/pf0…. Progression levels for each competency move from acquiring to deepening and eventually co-creating.

Good to see academic integrity highlighted as a priority in Quebec’s report on GenAI in HE and framed as a shared responsibility. Monique Brodeur, President of HE Council of Quebec highlighted importance of fostering culture of integrity and trust as key to learning.
