Mr. Watkins and his students observed US Constitution Day (9/17/23) on today. The students began to learn about the US Constitution (one of many lessons to come), while becoming patriots. #dpscd

The current graduating class of the Detroit Police Academy came to Emerson today. They brought gifts to our 5th graders and their teacher Mrs. Bradfield, and encouraged our students to continue to work hard and excel. What a great moment for our kids.

What a great time at Emerson! We had 4 promotional ceremonies this week. Kindergarten, PreK, 5th Grade and 8th Grade. So many proud parents and so many wonderful students.
