ERCP-guided transcystic gallbladder decompression via ERCP for cholecystitis. Pt with advanced cirrhosis, hopefully getting transplant soon. Copious pus drains through double pigtail stent immediately after placement. #gitwitter #surgery

Large volume hematemesis. EGD reveals lesser curve ulcer with visible vessel oozing. Treated with epi, bipolar electrocautery, and 3 clips (with 2 being Mantis clips) to close the ulcer over. #gitwitter #surgery #ICU
