Took my daughter to see a play by an up and coming playwright with some actors who appear to have a bright future ahead of them.

Dumb question for patent friends on here: What is the best format you have seen someone put out claim charts in? I have done claim charts in Word, XLS, and PPT, and I have always waffled about what format looks best. This is for internal viewing, not production to Court.

Why are half the ads I see on Twitter just boosted posts by MAGA folks trying to get noticed by Trump/Elon or somehow otherwise go viral among the MAGA crowd? Is that a proven money making business?

Solid review and matches my thoughts. Othello isn't the best role until his monologue at the end of Act 3. Denzel really gets going at that point. Jake G was amazing as Iago. The non-headliners were all very good, especially Desmonda and Cassio.

Do your contracts contemplate tariffs? Can you escalate your pricing based on new costs? Can you avoid delay issues based on lack of availability due to tariffs? Can you get out because you’re getting choked out on price?

If you don't hate Christianity, but just hate the weak, effeminate Trashworld "Christianity" that's constantly talking about grace, mercy, sacrifice, forgiveness, redemption, and love for enemies... maybe you do actually hate Christianity.

Watching my friend win Wheel of Fortune tonight. He went to my church and is the nicest person in the world. He is the most amazing singer that I know (primarily gospel and musical theater), and his singing has brought me to tears on multiple occasions. backstage.com/u/chris-richie/

Recently I was targeted by an extremely sophisticated phishing attack, and I want to highlight it here. It exploits a vulnerability in Google's infrastructure, and given their refusal to fix it, we're likely to see it a lot more. Here's the email I got:

F Choppa Koga is the founder, leader, and bass player of Gacharic Spin, an amazing Japanese rock band. Go watch this just-released live version of Restaurant F and see why the best rock is coming from Japanese women these days.

Interesting case that is worth reading for anyone who does litigation. I have been involved in a similar situation where a co-counsel accepted a settlement offer without conferring with the client, and the client did not agree with one material term. Never accept offers without

You are missing out if you aren’t watching Season 19 of #Taskmaster. Free on YouTube for us Americans. I knew Jason Mantzoukas would be hilarious, but the entire cast is stellar. Stevie Martin has blown me away with her humour (I guess I need to spell it that way for this post).

While Trump tries to paint the LA protests as an insurrection, and the media talks about the “chaos” that engulfed parts of LA, L. Jedeed, Butlerian Jihadi describes a very different version of events. She was at the scene on Sunday. She saw a police riot, not a rebellion.
