I’ve been on both sides of this and neither position is fun. You would have 100s of applicants believing these hospitality or retail jobs are easy and disposable. They are not. You’d also have huge numbers of people applying just to keep their uc and had no intention of working.

Exactly this. I was incredibly lucky that Annie died just days away from me being forced to put her into care for everyone’s safety. I had no idea a slight 83 year old woman could find such strength and viciousness to be violent with. I still have the physical scars today.
