Fountain of youth: #exercise, #diet (more veggies), GLP-1 drugs (for the #obese or those with #DM). The first 2 is for sure; I'm not so sure about the #GLP1 though.

Well well, beta blockers may not be the panacea that some have made it out to be even among CVD population. Can we stop pursuing beta blockers for #COPD and use those resources for targets that may actually work?
