The sheer number of AI tools is overwhelming. You quickly cross a threshold of it being useful to it being a distraction when you have to juxtapose so many different tools with so many different models. My advice? Find something that works, then stick with it. If you want to

Stop watching YouTube videos and reading articles on how to do XYZ. Just go do XYZ. Learn as you go, through action of doing. You'll learn WAY more by doing said thing than by watching more videos or reading more. Yes, prepare and study, but start sooner than later.

Did you know that you can run the ChatGPT Codex container locally? It's very useful because you can test various different setup combinations without having to wait for the container to boot over and over on the Codex web UI. Just run it in Docker like this:

I’d agree with this. It’s why all clients I worked for never knew of my tattoos until years later. Trust and credibility was built, execution was proven and relationships forged before anyone even saw a line of my ink. Then if an arm tattoo slipped out of a shirt during a

If you wan't to get stuck in life, stop making decisions. The old saying is that people get "stuck in their ways" as they age. You get to choose what ways you get stuck, or choose to how to get unstuck. Indecision is also a choice you make. The choice is yours.

If you want to develop an early morning creative routine, you’ve got to do it on the weekends too. Waking up late on the weekends resets all the work you did during the week to get in the habit of waking early. Habits are formed everyday.

I didn’t always wake early. When I worked in the music industry I was a night owl. Up till 4-5am. What got me in the habit was having a kid. She’d get up at 5:30am daily. Years later I bumped it back to 4:30am. That was hard. Here’s what my alarms looked like for about a month.

If you want to be productive, use software that makes you productive. If it doesn't, get rid of it. Just because others find it useful doesn't mean you will. Practicing what I preach: I have moved back to Notion from Obsidian this weekend.
