Grateful to be in Cadee’s corner in her first tournament since 15U PanAm team trials in Colorado Springs in August. She had a fall & tech to take 1st. I’ve said I’ll keep doing if 1 kid asks me to coach them & I’m blessed to have 1 of those kids in my life today.

In case you needed a reminder, professional football players are human too. Amon Ra St. Brown inspired some tiny humans at Henry Ford Health Hospital NICU & some of our nurses.

My favorite part of this video was how the nurses showed Amon Ra how to wipe "baby" in the TD celebration lesson.

Savannah Isaac Hosts Clinic at Whitmer 🤼‍♀️ "Seeing the little girls come and wrestle, it honestly completes everything." Earlier this month, Isaac helped secure Life University's first-ever NAIA National Championship. Today, she came back to inspire young girls in the sport.
