Focus on good process, not good results. To be a clear, a good process SHOULD lead to good results. That is the purpose of a process. The results show us if we are on the right track. For the rest of the season try this:

Don’t look at your: • ERA • Walks • Strikeouts Only track your: • Strike% • First pitch strikes • How often you are 0-2 or 1-2 • How often the AB ends on <4 pitches
