2025 is going to be a great year to be a writer. Why? Because a lot of people have given up and AI is running rampant. It’ll be easier than ever to stand out with strong opinions and good writing.

Today, I had a client tell us that we've made over 1,000 edits for them in the last 45 days. Wooooowww. 1,000+ edits they didn't have to do as a content team of 1.5. Amazing.

What is copy editing? It's a question I get asked a lot, and too many content marketers don't even know what it is. So I created a YouTube video on the EditorNinja - Unlimited Editing & Proofreading YouTube channel all about it. Have a watch - youtu.be/Y0eMJZOJyPw

Are you repurposing your content? It's a hot topic, but not one that many people actually how to do. Today, I'm breaking down the strategy I'm running for our own content. Maybe it'll inspire you, too. youtu.be/ZDX0zA42tko

What is the Oxford comma and should you use it? tl;DR - probably, but what's more important is consistency and following the style guide. Full video on YouTube. Search "EditorNinja".

There are three ways to scale content marketing: 1. More people 2. More budget 3. More time Those are the only ways to increase results from content. Full video on YouTube! Subscribe to hear when new videos drop (1-2x a week).

Here's an outstanding question for me - would agencies or in-house marketing teams pay an annual fee for access to a vetted network of writers and editors who are subject matter experts and focus on marketing content (blogs, press releases, sales copy, etc)? Would you? Why/not?

If your agency is stuck < $100k, you need to be more specific enough about who you serve. If < $300k, you must learn to delegate. If < $500k, you’re not retaining clients long enough. If < $1m, you’re not generating enough leads or closing enough at a high rate.
