J’ai migré vers une offre VDSL 20 Mb avec changement de modem. Depuis, plus d’internet, voyant rouge sur le modem malgré redémarrage et reset. 5 jours sans connexion et toujours aucun appel du technicien. Est-ce normal pour un simple changement de débit ? Tunisie Telecom
