Hi Milind Javle sir, need an opinion about a 34 year old male, GB thickening with multiple skeletal lytic lesions. No lymphadenopathy.Biopsy from GB wall - adenoca. Is it likely that he has Her2 positive disease? Would it be ok to start him on Chemo plus Durva till NGS report ?
