Lean Construction short term is about finding and eliminating waste. Middle-term is about apply LC methods such as the Last Planner System, TVD, CBA, Takt, etc. Long term is about increasing human capital. Increasing the skill, effectiveness, and capabilities of your team.

You can't effectively apply #leanconstruction without VDC (virtual design and construction). And you can't effectively apply #VDC without lean. The two are complimentary and go hand in hand. Everything above 100M should use both.

Someone that is sufficiently advance in their practice is simultaneously a teacher and a student at the same time. They help people see mistakes and ways to improve that may not seem obvious. They get inputs from people doing the work and who are exposed to the work every day.
