I'm not sure everyone understands the scale of NHS cuts currently planned. Regional/ national NHS teams: 50% job cuts + merger in to DHSC ICBs: 50% cut to operating costs + mergers = >50% job cuts? NHS trusts: many looking at ~5% budget cuts = >10% job cuts?
