Today, I accurately measure #Inflation in #Turkey at 37.87%/yr. Yet, the #TCMB reports an official rate of 11.77%/yr. That’s a bogus number that is less than a third of my true rate - a rate which I determine by using high-frequency data and #PPP principles.
