As someone whose typically building things in cyberspace, it was incredibly fulfilling to build an amazing real-world event last year. 🇵🇹

And as much as I'd love for there to be another great conference this year, the team and I decided that 2022 isn't the year for LisCon. 😿

- Massive pent-up demand for events in the middle of the bull run, with restrictions easing
- A huge influx of crypto peeps to Lisbon in 2021, and the need for a great event to showcase the growing community

Today, neither of these are true

There's TONS of events this year, like a massive conference every other week

And Lisbon has become well-known as one of the biggest crypto-hubs in the world

(I'd like to think we played a small role in this 😊)

Liscon was so amazing last year because me and my other amazing organizers put our heart and soul into organizing such a great event.

There were no big companies backing the event, just 6 people who love the Ethereum community.
