Just read through Dan Schum's annual letter and it feels like there isn't much of a point in going A-Z through the OTCmarkets anymore. The good companies uplist/get bought out, and only the trash remains.

$SLSN $NANX Quarter/outlook looked great for revenues, but operational failures continue to hurt margins. Management needs to hire a CFO and deliver a hiccup free quarter for this to go higher.

Nice to see the $SBBC.v with their swag back after a somewhat disoriented earnings call. Trubar is still one of my favorite names and management is clearly listening to shareholders, which is rare for a microcap. youtube.com/watch?v=ZpxJTe…

$LSF reported on Wednesday. Quarter/guide was relatively inline with expectations, but it seemed like the stock was priced for a miss at $5-6. The stock still isn't too expensive at ~1.4x sales considering their growth rate and management team.

$SBBC.v is officially $TRBR.v following a ticker/name change. They're reporting earnings Wednesday 5/28 where they should provide guidance for FY25.

$DTEA.v Solid quarter despite softer sales. The cost cuts are finally showing that this business can be profitable if run well. Management's also guiding for $10M+ in EBITDA by 2027 vs current EV of <$10M

Good takes on blog monetization. With a lot of fintwit shooting their shot at paid writing, you're competing with thousands of other newsletters. I've spoken with numerous authors and the economics for stockpicking seem pretty weak for the value they provide.

$TRBR.v $SBBC.v Earnings results were close to expectations, but the quarter had tough comps. Not sure why management didn't just guide the quarter since some shareholders felt blindsided. At this point, my biggest concern is a slowdown in DTC sales given their 20M EOY target.

$DBO.to / $DBOXF D-Box is one of my larger positions atm. They sell vibrating seats for simulations/cinema and generate recurring revenue via ticket royalties. The stock is ~5x EBITDA while growing double digits and should see a buyback soon. Good setup for a multibagger
