Experts found abiraterone as a “weak” OATP1B inhibitor (Ki 3.9 µM). Further PBPK simulation and clinical studies showed the absence of OATP1B-mediated DDI between its endogenous biomarker coproporphyrin I and abiraterone in cancer patients. Read it here: ow.ly/6lPe50UgSbb
