Who decides the captions on CourtTV? I am watching Karen Read Trial on internet with TV on reading these captions. Dumb captions.

The State is just as guilty of stalling as the Defense is in Idaho Student Murder Trial. And they know that the court of public opinion is all to willing to blame Defense for ALL the delays. Even Judge is tired of the attorneys bickering, as he noted in motions hearing yesterday.

'What kind of investigation is that? Pathetic!' Oh, my. Karen Read Trial is in its infancy and already a page turner.

If I go back to place where I've dropped someone off hours before and see that they are still there but dead, I would definitely say, OMG, OMG, I hit him, I hit him (more as a question to myself than a statement of fact). And Dr. Carol KNOWS this to be a very real possibility.

Its been my understanding in life that there are always people who want to separate you from your money. Same here with Brittany. Very interesting how pundits don't want to punish a young man who almost killed his teacher but want to lock up someone who has yet to harm anyone.
