Sadly, Savly, this is a cardiac classic! A board question here in the US. I saw my first case at the Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospitals Charity in a thin-chested girl with a rip-roaring murmur. Operated on and discharged. In adult cardiology, we don't see these cases anymore
