⚖️Strengthening the judiciary through education paves the way for a more just society and a stronger institutional response to #GenderBasedViolence. 🤝 Prosecutors participated in our training on #GenderEquality, focusing on challenges in handling #GBV cases.👩‍⚖️👨‍⚖️

💜 Međunarodni je dan žena u diplomatiji. Danas slavimo žene koje su ostavile neizbrisiv trag u diplomatiji – one koje svojim znanjem i integritetom svakodnevno grade mostove i podsjećaju da diplomatija mora da odražava viziju pravednog, inkluzivnog i svijeta jednakog za sve.

„Kada jedna žena uđe u politiku – mijenja se ona. Kada ih uđe 40% – mijenja se politika.“ Kvote su najučinkovitija, ali nikada i jedina strategija. One mijenjaju partije, razbijaju zatvorene strukture i otvaraju put ka paritetu. Crna Gora može i ide dalje! ❤️🇲🇪 💪

📈Every fourth company in 🇲🇪 is led by a woman. At the #TWBM Empower Forum, we discussed how to create systemic change for the economic empowerment of women — through a new generation of policies leading to stronger participation of women in the jobs of the future. 💙
