What a joy to be travelling with Swiss Intl Air Lines today , such a drastically different experience than British Airways who are always rude , very unhelpful , no manners unless you are a business class passenger . So being treated like a human being and a paying custom is lovely .

So back to London after a great gig sad part is I an travelling with British Airways and of course we are late schedule 16.50 British Airways estimated time of departure 17.10 and we are no where near boarding , something seriously wrong with this airline next time easyJet
