72 yo M offered amputation after failed attempt at crossing CTO at another facility. Femoral endarterectomy with antegrade and pedal access for through and through wire access, angioplasty/stent. Now post op one month, wounds healing, abi from 0.2 to now 0.88.

74 yo w non healing wound of several months duration. Long segment cto with no vein. Antegrade and retrograde via the pt, through and through wire access with eventual supera placement. Now wound healed on 3 month follow up.
