UK , Disabled man dressed as Charlie Chaplin in the Great Dictator arrested, removed from his wheelchair and taken away in a van. He has a Palestinian Version of Gernika, a Basque town, was bombed in 1937 like Gaza by the Spanish and German Nazis. Free Palestine 🇵🇸

It is clear the memo went out in recent days among Western leaders to once again try to appease public fury at the genocide they're collectively responsible for, trotting out in front of cameras to do their best impression of human beings. Nobody's fooled. See you in the Hague.

More or less every single person in the US with more power than, say, Rashida Tlaib has already made peace with the destruction of Gaza and its inhabitants. Anything they say now, unless matched by action, is strictly damage control.

You could take Gaza out of the picture entirely—what’s happening in the West Bank alone is grounds enough to sever all ties with Israel and deploy an international force to liberate the Palestinians.

There is, and remains, two mainstream positions on Gaza: 1) Bomb Palestinian children on an Empty Stomach (R) and 2) Bomb Palestinian children on 600 calories a day (D). If one wants to say the latter is preferable ok but it’s still a pro genocide position.

As a student protester who went viral for getting arrested at the Columbia encampment, I am seeing posts saying that we were right—and I don’t want to hear it. The only thing I want to see is everyone mobilizing in the streets right now. We do not have the privilege of despair.🧵

certainly not the first person to say this but watching politicians pivot on gaza today because their unfettered support of mass murder finally looks bad enough to the public has been genuinely nauseating to watch. soulless opportunists

“ ANYONE who has any power who is now condemning starvation genocide in july 2025 but not DOING anything to stop it is participating in more of the same.”

We’ve reached the point in the genocide where every day another Israel apologist is issuing a strongly worded statement that the genocide can only continue unless the images of starving children stop. Israel must apparently stick to murder by incineration & decapitation.

In case y’all didn’t know, Black Pittsburgh men were the first EMTs in this country. They organized a first response system and transport for Black communities that segregated hospitals refused to treat. Their ingenuity became the nationwide model for ambulance services.

Chris became famous after succesfully leading worker strikes against Amazon. He is now putting his body on the line for Palestinians. He is an absolute hero.

Reminded by Obama’s passive construction of the opening paragraphs of Lewis Cass’ infamous essay, arguing for the removal of Cherokee from Georgia, “The Indians have gradually decreased since they became first known to the Europeans”
