October is POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) Awareness Month in Virginia. POTS disproportionately affects women, especially women of color. An estimated 1-3 million Americans have POTS. Today and every day, we lift them up. #VAPOTSAwareness

Access for and accommodation of disabled people are not extras. They are doing what you’re supposed to do to remedy inequity and discrimination.

Earlier this year, President Joe Biden signed two executive orders to protect access to abortion care, the right to contraception, and the safety of providers and clinics. We are protecting access to reproductive health care for women across the country.

FYI: + kids do get significantly sick with COVID + Covid does spread at school + it’s taken all my family about 12-24 hours from symptom onset to test positive and the first symptom was sneezing + if you think your kid is “getting a cold” test them. Keep them home. Test again.
