It seems to me that doctors are abusing the handicapped placard Rx. There needs to be an overhaul of the process, and a review of those with handicapped plates/ placards.

I would also like to ask for suggestions for acronyms that could be added to the national logo. I will start by submitting EREA (Equal Rights Equal Access), though I know you can do better!

We have a member in surgery this weekend, and will be a bit quiet on SM while everything is in motion. Hopefully look for us to be tackling the tough issues again in a few days!

We are back, but in a limited capacity. Jonathan is still healing from surgery, so our interactions will be limited. We will work to increase our presence once again, to help proactively advocate for disabled rights
