Congratulations to Diptiprava Sahoo, a PhD student in Soumen De's group School of Chemistry IISER TVM at IISER TVM, won the Best Poster Award (her 4th award!) at the Frontiers in Chemical Science symposium, IIT Guwahati, for her work on photo switchable cages.

The inauguration of 400 MHz NMR by our Hon'ble Director, Prof. J. N. Moorthy, additional one to the Central Instrumentation Facility (CIF). Many thanks to Dr. Veera Reddy, Dr. Vinesh Vijayan, Head of SoC, Dr. Ajay Venugopal, Dr. Ravi Pant for their efforts to bring this NMR.

Devastated by this news. He was one of a kind. When I moved to the US to postdoc in his group he put me up in his house for a month while a looked for a place to stay. Just one small example of his generosity. RIP Sir Fraser, thanks for everything. You will be missed, a lot!
