Stacking habits together makes you more more likely to achieve your goals. This one’s backed by science too. Let’s say you have something you do every day, like going and sitting at the dining table in the morning to drink some coffee. 2/

If you know you have some time before work to write, you could leaving your laptop on the dining table the night before so that in the morning, you start associate going to the table and drinking coffee with writing and it becomes easier to remember and do!
