Got to see Louisa Hodgson's stunning 'The Collingwood Monument, Tynemouth, Trafalgar Night' at Laing Art Gallery for the first time in several years again today. The image featured on the cover of my first Blue Diode Press poetry collection and is even more impressive in person.


This is an outstanding book. Shereen's poems are wide awake, sensual, painful, courageous, strikingly contemporary - and important. Everybody should read them. Blue Diode Press
