Bearly Politics Best never stand in a lane in life - wise to stand back and let the fog of war settle to get a clear view of your surroundings. It is often then clear who is actually doing what and why. As nothing is as first appears.

Karma is not something complicated or philosophical. Karma means watching your body, watching your mouth, and watching your mind. Trying to keep these three doors as pure as possible is the practice of karma. ~ Thubten Yeshe

"The Mind precedes all mental states. Mind is their chief; they are all mind-wrought. If with an impure mind a person speaks or acts, suffering follows him" Yamakavagga 1.

Every...single...thing that happens to you is a result of your actions in this or previous lives. Everything we do and think and say plants a seed that must ripen. Never forget this.

Drop me, me, me. Quit demanding people be a certain way. Let them do as they choose. Be compassionate to the harmer as you are the victim. It is not weakness to forgive, it liberates one from their inner prison.

Is it controversial to suggest we should bring back old school standards of behaviour in society? Men being gentlemen, having a role and responsibility. Valuing motherhood over careers. Holding people to account for their unpleasant behaviour. Less excuses for being bad people?

You choose how you behave. Nobody makes you act badly toward others. To harbour ill-will. To talk down to people. To lie. To believe you deserve things because "I want it". You choose to alienate people around you. To sow seeds of karma. You own your future suffering.
