End of summer camp season date night. Seriously Dìdi (弟弟) was one of these films I've seen in a long time. Beautifully executed and so perfectly acted. Instant classic.

I don't think any movie has eviscerated my emotions more than Didi. A perfect movie.

I saw Didi tonight and it was probably one of my favorite movies of the year. Perfectly captured what it was like to be a teenager in 2008.

Saw Dìdi and I’m in awe. It took me down memory lane and I saw myself in Dìdi, saw every friend I’ve ever known in Dìdi. Joyful and painful in equal measure, and in the best way possible.Hands down, the best coming of age film ever made. Final note, Joan Chen Joan Chen Joan Chen.

DIDI (Dir. Sean Wang) is a wonderful take on adolescence that will make you cover your eyes in embarrassment but also fill your heart. One of my favorite films of 2024. Now in theaters.
