End user: what can we do? where can we go? Two weeks in between are unreal. I had to cash out my 401k. Another two weeks is devastating. It's wild how loosey-goosey we are about the data breach, too. It's just kind of shrugged off. We have no path. Our banks won't help us.

Here's the "end user" experience: -Complain to the FRB, Evolve's primary fed regulator, who tells them to call Arkansas -Arkansas takes the complaint, forwards it to Evolve -Evolve says "we're not a program bank, call FINRA" -FINRA has no authority to do anything
