❗️Great news! The judge presiding over our case - National Council of Nonprofits et al vs. Office of Management and Budget - GRANTED another Temporary Restraining Order against the admin’s ability to broadly halt federal grants and loans!! The DOJ’s motion to dismiss was DENIED.
