It sucks when people forget that people online are regular people, too. I doubt that person is indicative of all Iowa State fans, but it still sucks when people come at you like that.

This disjunct between how you feel yourself to be and how others perceive you is an opportunity to take stock, recalibrate, and better articulate who *you* actually are.

I talk about how cognitive bias shapes our sense of who we are and how we can exploit it to improve our mental health, how we can use humor to find catharis in tragedy, how we can connect with our adversaries, and how we can find closure regarding the traumas of our past.

Stop thinking people who have been awful their whole lives are suddenly good people for doing the absolute bare minimum. You all are too easily swayed. Too much is at stake to trust crooks and traitors.

When creating PDFs, avoid using 'Print to PDF.' A screen reader user may still be able to access the text of PDFs created this way, but heading structure, alternative text, and any other tag structure will be lost. Using 'Save As' or 'Export' can preserve these tags.
