Another update: reshiram has been banned from quaver, i have also reached out and emailed osu support in hopes of taking action on his account there. thank you to everyone who continues to spread awareness.

Reshiram/Iylwrychi has been restricted from osu, thank you to everybody, for coming together as a community to speak out against his actions and report him. Thank you to the osu staff as well for getting rid of his platform that he has abused.
