All seed oils are bad but canola oil is especially bad because it's so prevalent in processed foods. I knew a lot about its history and effects but evidently missed the part that it was developed from a genetically modified plant. Great thread here...

It's one of the reasons we've included in most of our products since the beginning. Actually affects GLP-1 much like , but without increasing insulin levels. Eat up is better than shoot up.

Just found out my oldest niece has cancer. I beat it three years ago. No, it's NOT genetic. It's from the food we eat and the environmental poisons we're exposed to. This documentary by a 17-YEAR-OLD is AMAZING. Watch it. And Act on it!

This is . We don't have a diabetes -- fatty liver disease -- obesity -- etc -- problem. We have a gut problem. Fix the guts and every one of those issues goes away. The single biggest reason to stop eating ultra-processed food and seed oils.

And possibly even develop cancer. I believe my 128 oz a day diet coke habit that I had for years resulted in my prostate cancer. It DEFINITELY does damage to the gut and that in itself can cause obesity and diabetes!
