50 high school kids this morning at summer speed and conditioning!

40 Middle School kids at the opening day of summer weights, speed development, and conditioning! That’s about 1/3 the student body!

Another opportunity to get better starts tonight as MS and HS Girls wrestling open mat room is from 6-8:00pm!

Just a reminder that there is only one session for speed training tomorrow for all middle school and high school kids and that begin begins at 6:30am
