Day 4- Road to $100k ARR 🚀 No meetings today. Fully locked in with the team, just building. Worked on that $300 one-pager we closed earlier this week. Feels good to actually deliver instead of just chasing leads. Revenue today = $0 Total so far = $300 / $100k ARR

Closing a client isn’t magic. It’s just patience + follow-ups. Email → wait → reminder → wait again → call → finally a yes. Half the time it feels like I’m just chasing people till they run out of excuses 😂

Entrepreneurship is 80% refreshing Gmail, 20% doing the actual work.

Day 5 of building DFG to $100k ARR 🚀 Client ghosted today. 2 follow-ups sent, zero signs of life. So yeah, no new wins. Just grinding on current client work with the team. Some days it’s chase mode, some days it’s just execution. Revenue today = $0 Total so far = $300 / $100k

Day 6 of building DFG to $100k ARR 🚀 Finally wrapping up most of the client work. Feels good to see projects close to done. Remember the client who ghosted? Follow-ups actually worked - got a reply and a meeting locked for tomorrow. Persistence pays. Since it’s Sunday, also

Client: “We need this super urgent. Deadline is critical.” Me: okay let’s go, full speed mode Then… silence. 5 days later they finally send the content. By that time my brain already moved to 3 other projects. Why is it always the urgent clients who are the slowest to reply?

Not all clients are headaches. Some are actually sweet - they trust you, pay on time, zero drama. You just deliver, they say “looks great,” and that’s it. Those ones make the whole grind worth it.

Day 10 of building DFG to $100k ARR Good news today - closed another client!!! $500 for a portfolio website. Invoice I sent earlier this week finally got replied to and locked in. That’s 2 projects closed in the first 10 days. Spent some time reviewing proposals with the team
