Hey KLM, would you care about answering customers' requests please? Bought 5 tickets on flights cancelled bec. of COVID, provided with 4 vouchers (missing 1), though opted for refund when asked. Paid in Jan, and chase since April, I think it is about time to close this matter.

Hey Air Transat, how come I receive an email saying "we do not garantee that we will check in you luggage, even if you paid for it"? How is this even conceivable? What does one do when arriving at connection with his luggage then? Reply appreciated please

Hey Royal Air Maroc, you cancelled my flight of 14/7 48hrs before departure, no explanation, then I have to run around for refund, told will take 15 days. Now 5 weeks later told in fact 'no refund, check again in 1-2 months'. Would you agree that this is like RAM is a scam?

Hey HSBC UK, would you mind giving me a call to fix repeating fraud on my credit card please? Called 3 times and each time either agent hangs up or I am referred to another number. Frankly the poorest customer service, seems fraudsters are pampered, clients forgotten.
